Medidas relativas à evolução Pandemia Covid - 19 - 12 de maio de 2022

Whereas the evolution of the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM) and the decision of the Council of the Regional Government of Madeira, on May 12, 2022, to maintain the state of alertness in the Region until May 31, as well as to change, as of May 15, some of the rules in force; Whereas, whenever applicable, the University of Madeira has taken and adapted the measures to fight the Covid-19 Pandemic, in accordance with those determined by the Region's Health Authority; We inform you that the rules determined by the deliberation of the Government Council (https://bit.ly/3l3evmz) should also be applied to the University of Madeira. We recommend precautionary safety measures to prevent covid-19, including physical distancing, hand hygiene, and wearing face masks. As far as respiratory and facial protection is concerned, each member of the Academic Community must, according to his or her individual responsibility, decide whether or not to wear a mask. The University will continue to be attentive to the guidelines issued by the Health Authorities and reiterates its gratitude to the responsible collaboration of the members of the Academic Community.
