The personal data collected here is processed by the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the University of Madeira (UMa) solely for the purpose of managing reports submitted through this form and will never be used for other purposes, in strict compliance with the law. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. The DPO may communicate the information provided, as legally permitted and according to the circumstances of the specific case, to the competent public authorities, including the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD). Where processing is cross-border, the data may also be shared with data protection authorities in the European Economic Area. If the situation described indicates an administrative offence, the information may only be deleted 10 years after the final consolidated decision or final court judgment.
