The cycle of studies geared towards obtaining an Undergraduate Degree in Economy is comprised of 6 semesters (3 academic years). Those who successfully obtain 180 ECTS are awarded the title. The main objective of the course is to develop skills which prepare students either for the world of work or in order to futher their studies.
This degree offers training in subjects such as Microeconomics and Macroeconomics as well as others in the fields of Management, Economic Theory, Applied Economics, Law and Economics History – essential to any professional in the area. Teamwork and research development skills are fostered throughout the course with the objective of bringing the students closer to the working market and developing their sense of critical awareness.
In the last semesters of the degree students can choose between a vast array of optional subjects, directing their studies towards the professional path they wish to take.
