Overall objectives:

Clinical Anatomy: a) Provide the student with the anatomical knowledge considered relevant for future semiological research and correct clinical performance; b) Encourage the student to acquire adequate study methodology, through the search for bibliographic references related to the subject area taught, indicated and specific to a University student; c) Create in the student a global scientific view of the human body, in which through the integration of the anatomical knowledge taught, there is a development of a taste for a disciplinary area transversal to all the Specialties of Medicine, aiming at the better training of the future doctor; d) Monitor the evolution of medical education in emerging anatomical teaching subjects, such as in special populations, such as pregnant women, growing and developing children and the elderly; e) To encourage the voluntary and proactive presence of students in theoretical classes through the effective added value of the contents taught; f) Harmonize the syllabus contents of the practical classes, by providing anatomical cases with a clinical relationship, equal for all classes, in the number of 3 per class, so that there is adequate and sufficient time for preparation and presentation by the students; g) Make sure that the subjects evaluated in the OSCE?s (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) are comprehensive and representative of the subject taught (a group of subjects in each ?Station?) and have clinical applicability; h) To instill in the student a taste for systematic interrogation about the interest of the subject taught and its clinical applicability and / or translational research, in the sense of active participation in improving the educational process that is intended for excellence, in the Teaching of Clinical Anatomy of UMa.

Clinical Anatomy:

Final Written Exam - 50% (scale of 0-20 points)

Practical Evaluation - 50% (scale of 0-20 values), which in turn is divided into two moments of evaluation:

- Continuous assessment -50% of the practical weight. The classification will be based on the student's prior preparation of the contents of the practical classes and the active participation of the students in the course of the same. The classification obtained in the continuous evaluation will be assessed by distribution and calculation carried out, according to the parameters set out in the different items of the grid proposed by the Pedagogical Council (1 to 6).

- OSCE - 50% of practical weighting
